Hollywood heart-throb Zac Efron has sent teens across the world into a lust-worthy frenzy. They're buckling at their knees trying to get a glimpse of the High School Musical star — and why wouldn't they be? He's cute, he has great hair and a killer smile, and we have to agree with them that he definitely has got it going on.
