The Kardashian clan are threatening to take legal action against a woman who wants to sell an eyelash-extension product using their family name.
The woman, Sarah Ehrlich, has filed to trademark the name KardashianLash for her product, claiming that the proceeds would go towards sending Honduran orphans to cosmetology school, TMZ reported.
But the Kardashians claim that they have not been asked permission and say the name is a blatant rip-off of their trademark.
And it's not the only time the sisters will be in court this month it seems, as a transgender woman is claiming Khloe beat her up outside a nightclub in 2009. Watch the video below for more.
