Rumours are rife in tinsel town that Lindsay has succumb to cosmetic procedures (those lips are certainly more inflated) and partly why her looks seem to have taken a turn for the worse. Of course it’s her widely publicised hedonistic lifestyle that has played a major part. At only 23, the star has time on her side and we have no doubt if she were to turn over a healthy new leaf, she’d look radiant once again!
