Agyness' walk on the dark side

Tuesday, September 15, 2009

New York Fashion Week is in full swing and it’s not just the designers that are showcasing their new looks to the eagerly awaiting crowds. Front row faces are equally primed to be seen, donning immaculate get-ups teamed with perfectly prepped make-up.

But not every reinvention is, well, a success. Take the effortlessly cool Agyness Deyn for example. Having ditched her signature perma-peroxide crop for the other end of the colour scale mop, it’s a look that leaves her barely recognisable.

Hitting the after-show parties the model confidently sported her eye-brimming bangs for the cameras - no need for shades with a fringe that long!

In fact, is it just us or is the look uncannily like that of The Pretenders’ leading lady Chrissie Hynde.

What do you make of Miss Deyn’s new look? Leave your comments below.
