The 30-minute treatment available in LA clinics involves implanting a tube-like strap device under the chin complete with tiny hooks that attach to the muscle. The ribbon is then pulled upwards to lift the entire area.
Over a period of two months, the implant dissolves with effects lasting up to three years.
